My Aching Feet...

I don't normally eat fast food, but somehow I decided today that it would be a good idea to get some KFC for lunch. Hence a rather long walk in decidedly unsuitable shoes. I felt cold when I first started out and upon my return, the walk had warmed me up considerably. I think maybe I'm comfort eating and I blame last night's Indianapolis F1 for that. The fact that only 6 cars raced was ridiculous. The fact that 2 of those teams are not considered top-end teams is even worse. So yeah, no surprise that Ferrari finally got its first win of the season last night. I would have preferred proper race myself.

Went for late night shopping last Friday. I'm so proud to announce that I didn't actualy buy anything. For the first time in about a month or a month and a half too. I was wearing the same shoes as I'm wearing today which may explain the lack of interest in buying. Although Scott has put it in my head to buy the Phantom of the Opera DVD. Well, I know its something I can watch over and over again. I'm also planning on getting the Dark Crystal DVD. Scott would rather it not be in the house but frankly, I love it. I think its one of the most brilliant puppet movies ever, forget Team America.

The other day, I went to the post office and finally picked up my degree. Its been official for some time now, but I actually have that bit of paper that says I'm a fully-fledged BA in Communication and Cultural Studies. Hmm, I sure don't feel like a BA. Maybe its all in the mind? I suppose I should frame it. Wonder why I'm not as excited as I think I should be. *ponders that*
